Our Onboarding Process
When you sign up to work with Advanced Time, we promise individual care and your own personal project manager who will be with you every step of the way. We do this because we know switching from your current time and attendance routine can be intimidating. With 30 years of helping customers make this transition, we’ve developed a smooth and simple process.
You will be assigned a project manager who will collaborate with you to learn your company’s rules, needs and internal processes. We’ll conduct an in-depth interview and fill out a simple survey together to ensure no stone is unturned. Once completed, we discuss and schedule a Go-Live plan.
By using the Attendance on Demand system, we customize your pay rules and implement them to meet your needs. Your project manager will fine-tune the system through ongoing conversations.
We train you on your system until you feel confident, and then employees will start to punch. Through the first live pay period, we will monitor and ensure that everything is functioning as expected.
Once your first payroll is complete, we can also assist you in exporting and submitting hours to your payroll provider to ensure the process is easy for you going forward.
